Type and abundance of mouth bacteria linked to lung cancer risk in non-smokers

The oral #microbiome may be linked to lung cancer risk in non-smokers.


Study found that more Bacteroidetes & Spirochaetes species was associated with lower risk while more Firmicutes species was associated with heightened risk.
